She ensured that my prints were clear and even helped redesigned my print so that we would get the best quality look. She answered my phone calls and emails in a very timely manner and was always friendly and professional! The output production is high and you can tell they get it done. I was going to bring all my business here but no one could meet with me. I waited 30 for some lady off her lunch break at 3pm to write down all my needs for an order. I followed up with 2 calls and 2 weeks...finally got a response and the order was wrong twice...I guess things go in twos here. Thier obviously a great company by thier in house production but if you are a small business or a new potential client, you may want to go somewhere more in tune with your printing, wrap and embroidery needs.
