No response to emails or anything. Giant waste of time, horrible customer service and they lost a potential huge client trying to support local business. Where is the business owner? So impressed by the people that work there. The output production is high and you can tell they get it done. I was going to bring all my business here but no one could meet with me. I waited 30 for some lady off her lunch break at 3pm to write down all my needs for an order. I followed up with 2 calls and 2 weeks...finally got a response and the order was wrong twice...I guess things go in twos here. Thier obviously a great company by thier in house production but if you are a small business or a new potential client, you may want to go somewhere more in tune with your printing, wrap and embroidery needs.
